Shirley Browning, Mike Scolaro, and Missy Zenz organized a fabulous Veterans Day Celebration at Wilcox Primary school and documented the events of the day on a DVD titled <strong>&#8220;A Salute to Veterans&#8221;.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/tea.ohea.us\/files\/2011\/12\/recyclingMCj041352400001-e1325090787402.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-172\" src=\"http:\/\/tea.ohea.us\/files\/2011\/12\/recyclingMCj041352400001-e1325090787402.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"78\" height=\"75\" \/><\/a>In 2008<\/strong><br \/>\nNEOEA presented this award to Nora Suder-Riley. She organized a wonderful assembly about Recycling at Wilcox Primary School.\u00a0 The <strong>Recycling Program<\/strong> included audience participation and a slide show to teach children about being kind to the environment.\u00a0 Students then put their knowledge about recycling to work at their next classroom party by actually recycling the paper and plastic items they used.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/tea.ohea.us\/files\/2011\/12\/childrenadultreading-e1325091173881.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-173\" src=\"http:\/\/tea.ohea.us\/files\/2011\/12\/childrenadultreading-e1325091173881.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"78\" height=\"75\" \/><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><strong>In 2009<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial\">NEOEA presented Cinda Dehner with this award at the spring representative assembly at Mayfield High School on March 28, 2009. Cinda Dehner organized a <strong>Community Reading Program<\/strong> with students at Bissell Elementary.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/tea.ohea.us\/files\/2011\/12\/helpinghands-e1325091579531.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-174\" src=\"http:\/\/tea.ohea.us\/files\/2011\/12\/helpinghands-e1325091579531.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"79\" height=\"75\" \/><\/a>In 2011<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial\">NEOEA presented this award to TEA guidance counselors.
